Placeholder. This page is a stub. Final terms are being prepared by counsel and will replace the text below before public launch.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Omaki, you agree to these terms. If you are using Omaki on behalf of a restaurant or company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The service

Omaki provides digital menus, online ordering, QR codes, loyalty, guest feedback, analytics, and restaurant websites. The specific features available depend on the plan you select.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of all menus, photography, brand assets, and other content you upload. You grant Omaki the licence necessary to host, display, and process that content in order to provide the service.

4. Payment and plans

Pricing is published on omaki.io and confirmed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Custom builds are governed by a separate engagement agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Omaki to publish unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, to infringe third-party rights, or to disrupt the service for other users.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, with notice where reasonable.

7. Liability

Omaki is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the Omaki contracting entity, as confirmed at checkout. Specific entity and jurisdiction will be confirmed before public launch.

9. Contact
